1. General provisions
This document is a public offer to any capable person to enter into an agreement for Loginly services (https://loginly.io) on the terms set forth below.
By registering in the service and/or paying for a subscription plan, you accept this offer.
By using the service, you confirm that you have read this offer and the privacy policy and accept their terms in full.
2. Definitions
Service (Loginly) — a software platform for unified sign-in (OAuth) on the Customer's websites and applications.
Provider — the party rendering services under this offer.
Customer (User) — an individual or legal entity registered in the service and using its functionality.
Project — a website or application configured in the service for which Loginly authentication is enabled.
3. Subject of the agreement
The Provider grants the Customer access to Loginly, including the dashboard, authentication API, sign-in widget, WordPress plugin, and integration with OAuth providers (Google, VK, Yandex, Mail.ru, GitHub, etc.).
Available providers and limits depend on the selected subscription plan.
The Provider ensures service availability within reasonable technical limits but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party OAuth providers.
4. Registration and account
To use the service, the Customer registers with accurate information. The Customer is responsible for safeguarding credentials and all actions under their account.
The Customer must not share account access with third parties and must promptly notify the Provider of unauthorized access.
5. Plans and payment
The service offers a free tier with limited features (Google OAuth and WordPress plugin) and paid Starter and Pro plans with extended capabilities.
Paid plan prices are shown on the service website. Payment is made in advance for the selected period (month or year).
The Provider may change pricing by publishing updated terms. Changes do not apply to already paid periods.
If a paid plan is not renewed after the grace period, access to paid providers and extended limits is suspended.
6. Rights and obligations
The Customer must use the service only for lawful purposes, respect third-party rights, and not attempt unauthorized access to the service infrastructure.
The Customer is responsible for callback URL configuration, project secret storage, and compliance with OAuth provider requirements on their sites.
The Provider may suspend or terminate access for violations, abuse, or upon request by authorized authorities.

- Notify of material changes via the website or email
7. Intellectual property
All rights to Loginly software, design, and documentation belong to the Provider. The Customer receives a non-exclusive license to use the service within the paid plan.
The Customer retains rights to their website and application content. End-user data processed through Loginly is handled on behalf of the Customer.
8. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". The Provider is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or outages of third-party services and OAuth providers.
9. Privacy
Personal data processing is governed by the privacy policy at https://loginly.io/privacy. Using the service means acceptance of that policy.
10. Term and termination
The agreement is effective from acceptance until account deletion or access termination. The Customer may stop using the service at any time by deleting their account.
The Provider may terminate the agreement unilaterally for material breach upon email notice.
11. Changes
The Provider may amend this offer. The new version takes effect upon publication on the website unless otherwise stated. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
